Drava Field Guide is operated by SolenLabs LLC, a Washington State software company. When this policy says "Drava," "we," "us," or "our," it means SolenLabs LLC.

Email address. When you activate your free trial, you provide your email. We use it to send your access credentials and optional weekly field briefings. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Your onboarding goal. When you select your mission objective during onboarding (e.g., "find the right woman," "level up"), we store this alongside your email to personalize communications.
Usage data. We may collect anonymous, aggregated data about how features are used (e.g., which tools are most popular). This data cannot be linked back to you.
What we do NOT collect: We do not collect your name, phone number, location, payment card details (payments are handled by Stripe), or the content of your AI coaching conversations.
When you use the Profile Intel (photo ranking) or Identity Check (verification) features, photos are sent directly to Anthropic's API for analysis and are not stored by Drava. Photos are processed in real time and immediately discarded after the analysis response is returned.
By using these features, you confirm that you have the right to submit the photos you upload — for example, photos that a person has shared publicly on a dating profile. You agree not to upload private photos obtained without consent.
Your coaching conversations are processed by Anthropic's Claude AI via a secure server-side proxy. Conversation content is not stored in our database. Anthropic's own privacy policy governs how they handle API requests — your conversations are not used to train Anthropic's models under their standard API agreement.
We do not sell your personal data. We do not share your data with advertisers. We share data only with:
Your email address is retained for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion at any time by visiting our Account Deletion page or emailing support@drava.app. We will delete your data within 30 days of a verified request.
Your data is stored in Supabase's secure, encrypted database infrastructure. AI requests are routed through a server-side proxy so your API interactions are never exposed client-side. We use HTTPS for all data in transit.
Depending on your location, you may have rights under GDPR, CCPA, or other privacy laws, including the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, email support@drava.app.
Drava is intended for users 18 years of age and older. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has submitted data, contact us immediately.
We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the effective date at the top and notify users via email where appropriate. Continued use of Drava after changes constitutes acceptance.
