Child Safety Standards

Zero Tolerance Policy: Drava has a strict zero-tolerance policy toward any content, behavior, or activity that sexually exploits or abuses minors (CSAE) in any form. This policy applies to all users, all content, and all features of the Drava platform.
1. About Drava
Drava Field Guide is an AI-powered dating coaching application for adults operated by SolenLabs LLC. The app is intended exclusively for users who are 18 years of age or older. Drava does not provide any social networking, messaging between users, or user-generated content features.
2. Our Standards Against CSAE
SolenLabs LLC maintains the following standards against child sexual abuse and exploitation:
- Age restriction: Drava is strictly an 18+ application. Users must confirm they are 18 or older during onboarding. We do not knowingly permit minors to use our platform.
- No CSAM: Drava prohibits any child sexual abuse material (CSAM) absolutely. No such content may be created, uploaded, shared, or distributed through our platform under any circumstances.
- No grooming: Drava prohibits any use of our platform to groom, solicit, or exploit minors. Any attempt to use Drava's AI coaching tools for this purpose is strictly forbidden and will result in immediate account termination.
- No exploitation content: Drava prohibits all content that sexually exploits minors, including written, visual, or AI-generated content of any kind.
- Photo analysis restrictions: Drava's photo analysis features (Profile Intel and Identity Check) are strictly for analyzing adult dating profile photos. These features may not be used to analyze photos of minors under any circumstances.
3. Enforcement
Any user found to be in violation of these standards will have their account immediately and permanently terminated. SolenLabs LLC reserves the right to report violations to appropriate law enforcement authorities and the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) as required by law.
4. Platform Design Safeguards
Drava is designed with the following structural safeguards:
- No user-to-user messaging or social features — users interact only with the AI system
- No public profiles or user discovery features
- No live video or camera-based communication features
- Age confirmation required during account creation
- Terms of Service explicitly prohibit use by or targeting of minors
- Photo uploads are processed in real time and are not stored on our servers
5. AI Content Controls
Drava's AI coaching system is built on Anthropic's Claude API, which includes robust content safety systems. The AI is explicitly instructed never to generate content that:
- Sexualizes or exploits minors in any way
- Provides advice on grooming or gaining inappropriate access to minors
- Generates, describes, or references CSAM
Any AI response that appears to violate these standards should be reported immediately to safety@drava.app.
6. Legal Compliance
SolenLabs LLC complies with all applicable laws regarding child safety, including but not limited to the PROTECT Our Children Act, COPPA, and applicable state laws. We cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations involving child exploitation.
