Terms of Service

    Plain English summary: Drava is an AI-powered dating coaching tool. It gives you advice, practice, and analysis — but it's not therapy, not a guarantee of results, and not responsible for decisions you make in your dating life. Use it as a smart tool, not as a substitute for your own judgment.
  

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Drava Field Guide ("Drava," "the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use Drava. These terms are between you and SolenLabs LLC, a Washington State company.

2. Who Can Use Drava

You must be at least 18 years old to use Drava. By using the Service, you confirm you are 18 or older. Drava is intended for adult men seeking dating coaching and relationship intelligence tools.

3. What Drava Is (and Is Not)

Drava provides AI-powered coaching, conversation practice, profile analysis, and educational content about dating and relationships. It is:

Not a licensed therapy service — Drava is not a substitute for professional counseling, therapy, or mental health treatment
Not affiliated with any researcher, author, or public figure — all content is original educational material
Not a guarantee of results — dating outcomes depend on many factors outside our control
An AI tool — responses are generated by AI and may not be accurate in all situations. Always use your own judgment

4. Your Account and Trial

You receive a 3-day free trial upon providing your email. After the trial period, continued access to Pro features requires a paid subscription. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your access and for all activity under your trial or subscription.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges at the rate displayed at checkout. You may cancel at any time — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds for unused portions of a billing period.

Pricing is subject to change with reasonable notice. Promotional codes and trial offers are subject to their stated terms and cannot be combined unless specified.

6. Identity Check Feature — Permitted Use

Important: The Identity Check feature may only be used to analyze photos that the subject has voluntarily shared publicly — for example, photos from a dating app profile. You may not upload private photos, photos obtained without consent, or photos for any purpose other than verifying dating profile authenticity. Misuse of this feature may violate applicable laws and will result in immediate termination of your account.

The Identity Check uses AI image analysis to assess potential signs of AI generation, stock photo use, and image manipulation. It is a guidance tool only — not a forensic investigation. Results are not guaranteed to be accurate. Always verify identity through a live video call before meeting anyone in person.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Drava to:

Harass, stalk, or harm any individual
Upload photos of others without lawful basis to do so
Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit the Service
Use the AI coaching to generate content intended to deceive or manipulate others in harmful ways
Violate any applicable laws or regulations

8. Intellectual Property

All content, code, design, and educational material within Drava is owned by SolenLabs LLC. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of Drava without written permission.

Content you provide to the Service (messages, photos submitted for analysis) remains yours. By submitting content, you grant SolenLabs LLC a limited license to process it solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Drava is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that AI-generated advice will be accurate or suitable for your specific situation. Use Drava as one input among many — not as your sole source of relationship guidance.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SolenLabs LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Drava, including but not limited to outcomes in your dating or personal life. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days prior to any claim.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by requesting deletion at drava.app/delete-account.html.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Washington State.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or prominent notice in the app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
